The white flower is elderflower — so fitting since elderflower liqueur (St-Germain) is the signature ingredient in a Hugo Spritz! It's a beautiful, delicate touch that ties the garnish directly to the recipe.

Ingredients

• 4 oz Prosecco
• 2 oz elderflower liqueur (St-Germain)
• 1 oz sparkling water
• Fresh mint leaves
• Lime wheel
• Ice

Instructions

Fill a wine glass with ice.

Add elderflower liqueur and Prosecco.

Top with sparkling water.

Garnish generously with fresh mint and a lime wheel.

Serve immediately.
