Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized orders ship in about a week. Please enter the date that you need your order to be received by at checkout so we can ensure we get things to you on time.
EnFete ships almost all orders via USPS. To the US, First Class mail takes 3-5 business days (not including weekends.) Priority Mail takes 3-5 business days. International orders to Canada take 5-12 business days.
So, if you place an order on Monday and select Priority Mail, expect it to ship out to you within 1-3 business days, and add an additional 3 days (at the latest) for shipping. If you need items faster, please email us to ensure we can accommodate.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout – if you select the “Free” shipping option, it can take up 10 business days for you to receive your order. If you select Priority Mail at checkout, your order will arrive once shipped within 1-3 business days. Please email us if you need an item sent out to you via Express mail and we can work with you to accommodate.
Yes, we would be happy to create custom items for your event. Many of my products can made in different colors or sizes. Email us for details.
Dimensions are listed within the description of the item. If you want something made in a specific size, just message me. We’d be happy to explore other options with you!

Most of our products we will make all year long, as long as the paper and materials are available. Some of the papers that we use are no longer available, so please email us to ask about a specific item availability for your timeframe.
Yes, we will gift wrap an item, just please add “wrap me up!” in the Notes section at checkout and please indicated which items should be wrapped.
YES! We don’t leave any backside ‘uncovered’ 🙂 Individual item descriptions describe how each back is uniquely finished.
Yes, many items can be made in another color. There may be additional time required to ship your order however, just email us and we can discuss the options!
We’ve listed the quantity we have available on hand, or can reasonably create in the usual time for made to order items. Email me to discuss availability of more – and if we can make the additional items in time for your event, we would be happy to increase the listed quantity available to accommodate the quantity that you need.
YES! We have many bulk purchasing options available – and free label customization begins with as few as 20 poppers. Please email us and we can share details for different numbers of poppers.
