In the last month here in Northern Virginia we have seen mother nature’s bi-polar side. My daffodils were blooming before the end of February (unusual here) and it was 70 degrees. This week we had snow, freezing rain and temps in the 20s. I’m ready for spring and the farmer’s market reopening, and all things warm weather.

This is so easy and ready to dress your spring salads.
Gluten Free Raspberry Jalapeno Vinaigrette
- 2 TBSP Raspberry Jalepeno Jam – I love Emily G’s Jam of Love Raspberry Jalapeno or other hot/sweet jam – but it is THE BEST with Emily’s!
- 2/3 cup walnut oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in a lidded jar and shake vigorously. Enjoy!
