If you’re looking for something to serve at your camping party – you can’t get more authentic than S’mores. Here I share an easy way to make gluten-free s’mores, since so many now need to eat gluten free. Nothing is easier to make indoors or out for a quick dessert! I’ve combined three delicious ingredients to make ours.
Recipe makes 12 Gluten-Free S’mores
- gluten-free graham crackers (try Kinnikinnick Gluten Free Graham Style Crackers, S’moreables )
- 6 Bissingers brand milk chocolate bars (38%)
- 24 Gourmet Marshmallows, like Lake Champlain Gourmet Marshmallows or (12 full size marshmallows)
Arrange 12 graham crackers on a platter. Place two segments of the milk chocolate on top.
Roast two gourmet marshmallows (even over a gas burner in your kitchen works) (This brand of marshmallow is smaller, and two fit nicely on each s’more!) Place marshmallows on top of the chocolate and top with another graham cracker.
