To make the confetti stick to the side of the balloons, we recommend inflating the balloon with helium BUT FIRST put a puff of air inside to allow static to build up. Shake the balloons vigirously once blown up to increase the amount of bats that stick to the sides

Each pack contains 5 clear balloons with black bat confetti inside. Each balloon measures 12 inch each.
Black ribbon balloon tails are included, 5 tails at 3 feet each. You won’t find these anywhere else!
