10 Gold foiled streamers
75 Pastel and Gold chrome balloons in 5, 12 and 18 inches,
5.4 yards of balloon tape, 3.2 yards of clear twine and glue dots to create a backdrop.
This is a KIT – the backdrop will be created but cutting strips of the crepe paper streamers and adhering with tape to a wall, doorway or arch. Then you will inflate and assemble the balloons – the knots of the balloons are pulled thru the holes in the balloon tape.
