Hello!
Welcome to my website featuring all the ways I love to celebrate. I have loved to host parties, decorate for parties, and dream about parties for as long as I can remember. I can’t wait to share all of my favorite decorating tips, party organizing strategies, and how to ‘stay sane’ thru big events.
I planned my daughter’s wedding in about 10 days, with 40 guests, and loved every single minute of it. She kept saying “but when we have the BIG wedding” throughout our planning process. I secretly was trying to give her all the things that she would have wanted in a BIG wedding so after it was said and done, and started her married life (on a military enlisted budget) she would quickly see that she might wish to spend her (my, their) money otherwise. Well, almost two years later and I haven’t heard her mention the BIG wedding once. I consider that success 🙂 In future posts I will share with you more from that planning process, and the lessons I learned, and things I’d do and not do again.
I cannot wait to share all the memories I’ve made, and all the things I’ve learned planning and celebrating all types of events for 40+ years.
