Recently I hosted one of my dear friends' baby showers, and since it was only a few weeks after Christmas, we went with a Lumberjack Baby Shower theme — complete with evergreen trees, rosemary, and LOTS of red and black buffalo check. (Can I tell you how good that rosemary smelled?) It's one of my favorite winter baby boy shower ideas, and it translates beautifully to ivory and black or green and black as well!

We kicked things off with my signature Flannel & Fizz Mocktails — the perfect way to start an 11 am brunch. Mocktails are ideal for baby showers so the mom-to-be can join in the fun. (You can always add a splash of vodka for the drinking guests!)

Lumberjack Baby Shower Cake Ideas

And of course — cake! Our local bakery created a gluten-free naked cake with a chocolate drizzle, which was the perfect rustic style for a lumberjack theme. I added fresh rosemary sprigs and a Red Buffalo Plaid Cake Topper from the shop. It was absolutely delicious — whipped cream layers between mini layers of cake!
